I am trying to buy right now but stock Halted

I am trying to buy right now but stock HaltedJust moving money over from CAL (Big winner) to ROX and stock is Halted. I am going to bang my head against the wall if this is a takeout offer comming. I have been tracking the decrease in Share price on ROX for a while now waiting for a bottom to be put in. Today I was going to start my position and bang Halted...  Could this be something else, like an equity issuance?
