i dont think so. already been two weeks, one week past from when i thought we would see it submitted. i think thats just him explaining why it hasnt been submitted yet. i would think it would be done today or monday, he stated "We are working with consultants and completing filming right now." filming is done by the sounds of it, cant see it taking two weeks to send it in.
