RE:this news is partially priced in. maybe a .85 open?As long as the freeze does not happen I think this is fully priced in.
But if the freeze happens the SP will drop.

But IMHO I believe the DRC is trying to improve its "game" and trying to get away from corruption and certainly from Gertler and such people. So I think they will drop Gertler if Glencore offers them a good (great) deal with KCC. So DRC holds all the cards now but I think they will prefer Glencore over Gertler but will use the Gertler "card" to force Glencores hand. Smart move from DRC.

Guess things will get resolved pretty soon now. Well before the May 8 court ruling day.
