RE:RE:RE:from news release apr 24Even though I agree with you not sure how many times you have seen a bought deal way above market price unless it is a massively transformative accreative deal. There is a reason the bought deal is below market price to entice investors to buy into the bougth deal. Also the underwriters can buy the overallottment and make money if the share price moves up within 30 days.
