Of the $28m, $15m went towards deposits fro the BC construction, $2m for the NHS Spark software upgrade, $1m for the extraction facility and the rest, about $10m, was for working capital and general corporate requirements. They already had about $13m cash on hand and were only going to do a bought deal half as large.
