@JMark80- this article points towards one of the strategies regarding the NHS. Sunniva had to stop taking new patients due to the HC requirement that patients have to visit their doctor every 3 months for a check up. So every patient 4x 150= $600/year plus providing future Sunniva product as a preferred medical option. Good find on the land condition in Okanagan Valley. I agree with you, they cannot push HC but the initial stages, ie) background checks,etc. Will already be done and so risk mitigation there will allow them to get construction started prior HC approval, hypothesizing there though.
