Take a walk, plant some flowers, weed the garden, drink some mineral water, take some vitamins, eat some carrots, salad, veggie burgers, buy a punching bag, read some self help books, self improvement books, and then come back here next year and you'll still notice that the SP will have gone up, down, sideways and back again. Maybe if the stock market is too much for you, get some mutual funds or GICs from the bank. You can also take some geology courses and stake out your own claims, make an IP and we can tell you how bad your management is.
