After talking to director of construction at Medreleaf ( Im the PM of current construction (contractor) at Medreleaf Bradford facility). He said that the whole sector including MJ pharma companies will be rising up gradually in May and June until they go above their SP highs until we get close to legalization and then LPs SP will somehow stabilize but i think pharma companies will keep on going up after legalization because that's when pharma clinical tests will come out and successful results mean a different company category (not a penny stock anymore). So we shouldn't be worried about the SP these days as in one day companies jump 30 or 40 % and these prices will be the dark past that we won't see again ever.
