RE:*** Timeline ***I’m going to agree with your  timeline , I think there is a deal in the negotiations stage , nothing concrete  just yet .The change from annual general meeting to special annual general meeting seems telling of a near term announcement. I looked through Sedar documents with companies that went through an RTO and noticed the same special annual meeting notice  just before the change in company was announced . 
Hope the new company in announced iin the near future , but also know this stock is worth the wait !
