Freeze Lifted - Thoughts?

Freeze Lifted - Thoughts?I'm certainly not an expert in Law, or the DNC - but, I'm wondering if anyone has a sense of whether this Freeze will be temporarlity lifted until the case is heard ?

If I understand this clusterf*ck - essentially, assets have been frozen, but not Production (?). If Production is allowed to continue, are the recievables ($$$) frozen as well ?

Additionally, and again, my understanding of the DNC is limited - but as an impovirished/corrupt country, are they willing to shoot themselves in the foot (ie. MORE lost revenue) for these claimed lost dollars?
*When I say "Corrupt" - I've read that Gov't officials might have pocketed a lot of the claimed lost tax/royalties revenue.
