Don't want no business arrangements with no Chinese Communist Party companies--even if not gov't owned in whole or part, none are free from Chinese Communist party control. Mess with them and get screwed. Agreements mean nothing to them as they race to gain control of the gloal lithium industry just as they already have with rare earths. In typical Chinese fashion, screw the West and laugh in their naive face.
