This is twice now in less than a month you tried to BS this MB! I thought you were the guy with all the knowledge? lol. But to further clarify, the SICPA representative is NOT GETTING PAID A SALARY AT ALL! So the idea of SICPA paying hardball in any way is out the window. The last time I checked we have laws in Canada and with public trading... If the B of D handles anything inappropriately, there's a little something called a class action lawsuit in Canada. A portion of the holders are large institutions who want to make a profit from EUO just like the readers of this board.
