RE:HLODDDDDD!!!!!!!I don't think you understand what's going on. It's not that simple. Gelter is backed into a corner since US put him on the list last year. He has to side with the DRC on this one and if he launch the claim against Glencore in DRC he will likely win. Concentrates will be sent to Gelter's companies instead of Glencore. But then Gelter/DRC will have to figure out a way to sell since any new company formed by the two will be subject to the same sanctions. This is not going to be resolved in a couple of weeks. However, this is good for other companies operating in DRC like IVN since they will now have a clear roadmap on how to prevent these issues from taking hold in the first place.
