Consider what is implied in this statement and I don't think you'll sell your shares. By winning a massive off take agreement, they will need to increase production capacity which will take more capital. That raise will be done at or above the implied value. Additionally, it would appear that management believes that large agreements are near at hand if they wish to use this right to accelerate the expiry date of the warrant.
