PRB
GO- the way I see it now with your analysis, PRB is in a difficult situation as PRB shareholders are now expecting a takeover especially with SP decline. AZX BoD seems rather content and patient at the moment Ex. RE release. Although they might be able to release this now with Agnico in the midst. Has PRB played their cards too early? JMO."
Yup, I think PRB shareholders are scratching their heads as to why the sp has lost so much ground. Some may sense something's coming down the pike, beit an aquisition, financing, something. Could just be the uncertainty of not knowing.
Yup, I also sense a confidence in AZX's BoD. I would suspect there's been a bunch of wheeling and dealing going on. There's an outside chance the Special Committee may even elect to release the RE and have the market place a value on alexandria, and then let the interested parties place their bids. But the negotiations have gone on for so long now that it would seem more likely that a winner(s) has already been determined. They're just lining their ducks in a row to co-ordinate NRs, etc. Jmvho.
