No real surprise. The bought deal was through CIBC and RBC. Both their company's analysts started pumping it with glowing reports and target pricesat the exact same time as the offering. Didn't fool anyone. It is again proof that those doing the offering should not be also advising client's. In my opinion, it is a blatant conflict.
