This sentence stood out for me:

"Since that time, Azur has taken delivery of 23 units and FLYHT anticipates Azur will take delivery on the remainder of their fleet before the end of the year."

This is impressive, since they are all retrofits. Normally, It takes a while to install units because they can only be done when planes come in for maintenance checks, which usually happen every year or two. Clearly, shipping units means they are about to be installed. It has only been six months since the deal was signed.
