RE:RE:AGM proxiesI am trying to fiqure the sino thing. I do not think sino has any choice. Htr had the option to exchange debt for shares. Htr exhorsized that option. If sino has not taken possesion I am guessing it merely creative accounting for tax purpose. As for the ir comment. Could you explain please. Did we hire someone?
