Great points mary.- doubles the number of facilities to 4 across canada. Ramps up production ten fold. Weedmd is our MEDICAL SIDE of the biz with contracts in place.Weedmd also has an extensive genetic library as well as top notch innovation and expertice/knohow to run a 650k sqft hybrid greenhouse. It wouldve been extremely risky for HIKU to build their own massive greenhouse hybrid facility that produces lost cost ,high grade medical product, without having the ability to enter the medical side of things first ie contracts already in place,established relationships and a name associated with serving the medical needs of seniors and people struggling with ailments that require medical MJ...this is exactly why i dont mind a premium at all....low risk high reward for HIKU straight up.
