I see your logic but remember nothing is set in stone. Nobody is more thrilled than me about the merger ,but i also cant forget about the TGIF & BAMM MERGER- many investors pulled their money out from tgif to invest in bamm after the conversion rate was announced. At the time BAMM traded for 1.80 and TGIF around a buck---similar to weedmd amd hiku merger bamm shareholders were to receive a bonus conversion rate----well fastforward to now and no merger ,no bonus, and tgif trades higher today . So hard lesson learned for investors who were "trying" to get a one up. Not saying this will happen but this whole sector is filled with changups and curveballs. If you like HIKU buy hiku at these levels its a win win imo.
