RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ted Ohashi interview with SunnivaI wasn’t trying to be a dic or overly optimistic. Im just very impressed with how they went outside the box on multiple fronts. The “dodgy” label may be used by competitors, but come on, its very smart. And yes, the way you described it, is how the interview came across. 1 location, 8 addresses, 8 LPs all in SNN control, leased to 7 comps and 1 for themselves. Same utility bill, financing fees, taxes, etc., they foot the bill they already would have had, while also getting 154k sqft of extra bud at a discounted price.. deductive reasoning makes me believe this type of rate structure, is how they are keeping costs to negligible amounts, because they may only be increasing production costs by 25%(renters revenue hypothetically) in order to drastically increase their production capacity.
