RE:RE:Fantastic presentation on Genworth MI Canada ...One more thing he refers to B-20 and how it will reduce housing by approximately 20% as borrower needs to prove they can afford a mortgage at a rate +2%.  This is called a stress test.  Just so everyone know this is for uninsured mortgages.  Individuals who insured their mortgages had to started being stress tested as of November 30, 2016. So there is that as well...
