My take is they will be introducing Kalapa to "strategic investors" in the "european market" for "sales and marketing" .
They also will be buying shares "300,000 for 5 year term at $1.44" which gives insentive to help create a mega company with some of there own skin in the game .
You pay for what you get so it will be a win win situation for Hybrid as the better the products the easier to market .
