By far the most frustrating stock in my portfolio

.23 cents really? at $0.40 I thought it couldn't drop much further, then $0.30 .. what gives? $43 Million flowed into the january private placement at $0.48 a share...I feel for those invesetors. What is management doing??? Where is investeor relations?
