Everyone is hesitant now because the USA is in limbo between the federal and state laws being different and that needs to be sorted out. There are a number of bills going through the house and senate with huge support to do just that. Also in Canada our UNELECTED senate is trying to throw a monkey wrench into the promised summer legislation to legalize pot in Canada. This too will be sorted out in time. Once the positive news starts to flow again the green rush will reignite. Patience and accumulate at the low levels.
