RE:Cannabis legalization differs from Prov to ProvAs I've said before, leave it to government to f@ck everything up. BC, Manitoba and Ontario have done more to de-legalize the legalization process than anyone could have foreseen.
Long live the black/gray market. They have served us well for decades and probably more to come. Christ, I hate government beaucracy
