Was looking at their last quarterly report. Unless something has really gone awry, this trust's units are way oversold. 

The US markets are shaky for political reasons at the moment. Lots of manipulation all around. 

The reason some of my fellow investors are concerned about a distribution cut is that the money for the NCIB has to come from somewhere.

Supposedly there is enough cash coming in to do both is my argument. Time will tell all.
