RE:Class action lawsuit actually old news but worth mentioning

RE:Class action lawsuit actually old news but worth mentioningFirst of all - thanks for posting this wheremegold. I will assume that it is this guys land that Input is currently in court to seize. I have always had reservations along these lines about Input being a high interest lender; that being said, this Farmers description of how he lost it all seems more like sour grapes than a legitimate claim against Input. He was either a bad farmer or had bad luck and didnt plant the canola crop he just took Inputs money then didnt get the crop in again. Meh The class action looks like a shakedown by the lawyer Merchant; as the article outlines he is banking on bad press for Input resulting in a class action settlement. As an input investor; I hope Input crushed his case as well as his soul. Surely Input had lawyers looking over their agreements etc. Management was not new to this industry; I am sure they acted legally. If Input cant put their cash to work because of bad publicity; return it to shareholders and wind up operations. My calculations indicate that cash+canola interest = >$1.40.a fair bit more.
