some concerns here

some concerns hereSo, all the concerns I have of CannaNUMUS owning ten percent of Gabriola, yet, Abattis did a deal with CannaNUMUS and shortly after purchased Gabriola Farms. A company that just formed in January 2018 of which CannaNUMUS owns 10%. They complete the last 10% ownership from CannaNUMUS for 2.5 million.
There is still the extra land for 7 million. Is this owned by Gabriola? What did Gabriola do with this property prior to selling it? Were they conducting any business? Or was it just a flip?
Now we have a construction company whoe recieved $1.5 million in share to do construction on the facility. Would a company take only share to do a build out of a 1.5 million dollar facility? Was there or will there be any cash payments? I also cannot find too much info on Ocean Pacific contracting.
Help please? I think I may need to sell my remaining shares.
All just my opinion here folks.
