RE:RE:Valuation of Omni

RE:RE:Valuation of OmniOn the big part of his shares (somewhere around a million shares) he stated this

"
It's the first of the month, so orders that were put till the end of month got cancelled After reverse 6-7MM share float!!!! That's nothing, If a good deal goes in Always in my opinion Eric PS my cost is .024$ for now

So his cost basis was 24 cents on that part, he did say he took a small piece of that first low cost PP , not sure if he took any of the second PP.

The problem is back a while ago Eric thought the weak hands were out but they are not. Also in about a month a lot of stock comes off lockup. They can sell short and keep the warrants. There has been never ending selling since December.

They need a business plan and a deal now or there will be a lot more selling from which this will not recover.

He is correct in that after a major breakdown there is some interest building in crypto now . However timing is everything. Another meltdown and they will never get off the ground.

He is also correct in that some potential investment candidates might be cheaper now.
