Insiders can not dispose of personal holdings without disclosing it, regardless of how grey or genius as you put it, that method of disposal is.

The markets are already a cess pool of hidden insider trading, and looking for creative avenues to aid further in insider selling methods of shares will create a back room bloodbath.

Question is, why would GEM pay a 2.5X premium for those insiders shares, when the open market has lots for sale at a huge discount to .10 cents?

Do they really think this would fly under the radar? Would they be applying for government assistance while pulling shady backroom deals? How about you shut your useless mouth for once, you condescending sack of $hit.
