RE:RE:Hey Farm. $40 a lb cobalt beats 10-15.   That’s what it was three years ago.  No deals could get done.   I predict  an ECS deal very soon.   Supplies are tight and the end users have now come to the conclusion they need to tie up some supply before the Chinese have the total market cornered.
