Makes more sense to buy a common share at this point.  To buy warrants, it's like paying approx. $5 per share in total (by the time you buy the warrants now at $2, and exercise them at $3 per share.).

Sure, later on the stock price could be at $8 for example, but if you buy a common share now at $3.90 or $4, you'll get a better return than to pay $5 for a common share.
