District of Columbia E-docket filing

Hi everyone,

There seems to be a bit of confusion out there and I certainly hope that Altagas will put out a news release.

Attached is the link to the DCPSC's E-Docket system as it pertains to this deal.

Based on my review of the latest motion, the parties have come to an agreement and have asked the commission to reconvene on May 11th to allow them to settle the final details.
