-This merger is strongest and most sensable one this sector has seen- one compliments each other .fills the others weaknesses -as you can see from HIKU website they are confident this will go through . If not HIKU is 10 million richer lol....needing 66% yes vote is not hard since a non vote is a yes vote-and lets be honest not every single shareholder will vote thats just how it is. People barely vote for who will be president of the united states never mind a merger that makes MD shareholders some extra shares...watching you squirm and sound deslerate is amusing to me. The future is bright
