RE:$8.77You might want to try factoring in sales, sales growth, market share, etc in your calculations before making such comparisons.  TGOD should be at whatever price the market decides... call it $3, $5, $8.77, etc.   I think it is safe to assume ACB will take over TGOD in time.  ACB is not one to have partial holdings ...
