RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Massive!
hey ghost, you have also struck another chord with me w/ this post. i have personnally experienced what erin, will/will not ,do for their shareholders. at first blush, it defies ALL concepts of PR. it almost looks vindictive, but i want to make it clear, i'm not quite their yet.
i never voted against them, when i could.
where were their PR people on this issue? i have held off 6 months. repeat- 6 months of talking, emailing, calling erin about my stock problem split.
I STILL DO NOT OWN MY OWN SHARES THAT I PAID FOR IN PP'S FOR 5 YRS!
how did management deal with it?
here we go.
after computershare was hired to split our stock, my EXPERIENCED broker sent in all the pertinent paperwork. one set of PPs went through no problem. BUT all others were held up. i was told erin needs to clear the legends and other numerous lame versions. my broker was amazed. incredulous actually. they told me these people were ridiculous. they NEVER experienced anything like this and did not know what to do next. so i told them i will contact erin.
with respect to protocol, i sent blake an explanation of this problem.
he never responded.
instead, he dumped it on sue. she just parrotted what computershare said AND said i would need to PAY (WHAT SHAREHOLDER PAYS TO GET A REVERSE SPLIT?)
so i wasted over a month on that.
finally, i decided to email tim daniels. president of this firm. the man in charge. i sent a long list of dates, conversations, names, etc, etc,.
after months, he said he can't do a thing.
so on april 5 (1 month ago), i said, fine, just give me a name and phone number of someone higher up the food chain at computershare. i will deal with them.
i was adamant that i couldn't deal with the low-level telephone answerers that give a different story all the time.
(i first contacted tim on 12/15/17. it is now 5/4/18.)
that was a month ago.
he never emailed me a simple name and number.
now, if the CEO OF ERIN VENTURES CAN'T EVEN GET A SIMPLE NAME AND NUMBER OF
A HIGHER UP AT THE COMPANY HE PAID TO SPLIT THE STOCK, what does that say?
depressing.
