Hey geo, why the constant fueling of unfounded FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) on a stock you own? For someone who claims to be the voice of reason, you sure are jumping to extreme conclusions without exploring rational explanations to the decisions. You said it yourself, things are looking brighter since Frazier's arrival, give it time or just sell and get out. Posner conceded his role as CEO because he knew his expertise was in real estate rather than leading the company as a whole for decisions/deals. We are in good hands, and for you, particularly as an investor, to suggest Jim could be a crook is mind-boggling.
