Seems like there may be a plot to deter buyers- just sayin...

The discount to NAV is about 80% yet management seems suspiciously aloof to this disturbing fact and does nothing to reassure shareholders. In fact it appears to do nothing at all other than cashing their pay cheques.

Time to talk about directors' legal obligations to their shareholders perhaps?
