RE:very low volume

RE:very low volumePotentially.. A day before such a momentous outcome is always likely to be quiet. However, I thought that Glencore would do what it could to make a deal before it went to court.. Thoughts on this? They are letting the fight go to the referees? Is this a good sign? I would of thought they'd announce something Sunday. Nonetheless they have been so public about solving the issue. They wouldnt let the court decision decide their fate if they did not feel confident about the outcome. PLUS the AGM right after. Seems like a silly choice IF they believed they were screwed.. Thoughts?
