Thoughts on this? They are letting the fight go to the referees? Is this a good sign? I would of thought they'd announce something Sunday. Nonetheless they have been so public about solving the issue. They wouldnt let the court decision decide their fate if they did not feel confident about the outcome. PLUS the AGM right after. Seems like a silly choice IF they believed they were screwed.. Thoughts?

Good questions. Yes, I had expected news today that they made a deal. But maybe they think (know?) what the judge is willing to accept and that that is less then wath Geacamines want. But could also be that they just announce it tomorrow morning.

Basically there are some clear set rules which Glencore has to fullfill and so far did not. Maybe they will just come to court with a proposal that satisfies the rules and with that the whole court case is voided.

Clearly we all know way to little about how this works and what the rules are. Lets see what happens tomorrow. I bought some in the last weeks assuming KAT will come out OK. But it is a gamle!
