"Potential" buy-out of LEAF by ACB is preventing the sp break out. Once bitten, twice shy - i.e., CMED acquisition.

LEAF is trying to outsmart the other 3 LPs by disclosing that the company is shopping around for a buyer. The fact that they sat down and had a discussion with ACB, the latter's would-be investors are pricing-in potential further dillution (preventing a bull run on sp).

Just my opinion.
