When I read this from the link you’ve post, about adding new personal or replacing individuals. Is  clearly saids change to applications and  MYM has 2 projects Weedon and Laval. I don’t think MYM are that ignorant about this. It will be crazy for MYM to add new personnel or replacing indviduals in their Laval facility while there are awaiting  for their license approval... I might be wrong but I don’t think MYM are that ignorant.... and for the former employee who work for health Canada @mymiscrap maybe you can give us more specification and ask tomorrow if you really an employee..

Changes to Quality Assurance Person or Program, record keeping method, security proposal, and /or floorplans: Application will be returned to the Review stage for assessment.
