I posted before that the special meeting had pushed back to June 6th. Not sure why this info was never released by the company publicly other than SEDAR. Does any one know if there is a required timeframe to release an informational circular before a special meeting for a vote to shareholders? Until that circular is released, I don't think we will know what is going on exactly.
