While CHildiak can - and might - build the road themselves - we have RECENT history of the federal government building roads and infrastructure in the Yukon to point to as a PPP model with mining. Furthermore - for anybody that has not been to Iqualuit - they have few roads. Now there is a case to be made that they have all the roads they need, but there is interest and a push from the local governments for a road that will allow them to open up the land for camp grounds, cabins etc. outside of town. Childiak can build the road themselves; maybe they don't have to, and for some reason all this and the "cancelling" of a road that was never really considered as feasible is a reason for Cudjo to talk about taxes, capital drain etc. Meh
