RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:"These 2000 homes announced last fall are just the start"Great to see some discussion here besides just me lol .. while I think 'modular construction' is setting up to be a huge boon for HNL and in time will likely bring larger revs than the legacy 'oil/camp services', that side of the business is also ramping back at the same time ... albeit perhapsl not as robust as the last cycle ... but particularly encouraging if the LNG camps in NE BC comes to fruition (NewsRelease 04/09)...
Personally I think Shell selling out of CNQ today is to perhaps make the much anticipated move to LNG in BC as it is well known Shell is moving to get out of higher emission energy
Our investment to be ready for this includes an existing camp but also acquiring more property etc. in the Montney goes back years ... anything significant that happens in LNG this year + HNL firing on all cylinders at once
Where we are today with Canadian energy catching a bid of late, I see HNL as both a growth company in an exciting new market segment with Gov't contracts / hotels and the like ...and at the same time a 'free' option on energy should there be continuation in Canadian energy
I just bought some ATH.TO on the gap fill this morning and a great day for adding to a couple I had already CJ & BTE next up I may take another round of HNL
If CNQ closes this quickly there could be more gap up opens
Play at your own peril .. Trump big factor later today no way to know what oil $ will do in a couple hours worst case oil checks high 60's ... light producers in play imo
