RE:suspension is the tactics to allow more time to negotiate Strongly disagree @mingzhu. That is speculation, that's all.

KAT secured the Supreme Court decision to remove the Kolwezi Court because of that court's "questionable competency".

And KAT clearly stated that it also took this to the DRC Supreme Court as a "precautionary measure".

Plainly, the local Kolwezi Court has no expertize, skill, capability, talent and/or capacity to make educated rulings wrt these Capital Deficiency Proceedings and who wants a "kangaroo court" adjudicating $billion dollar matters anyway?
