RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARV Halt

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARV HaltBlackH,
- It's unlikely that NOVO would buy back its own stock since it would cost them over $20M (QH would not mind having more cash to do his trial mining). A better option would be to buy the whole ARV to get back that 4M share before ARV has a chance to sell them to someone else. They would have no problem if KL bought up ARV (so that KL could have the 4M shares as part of the deal).
- KL has  16.5% and 14M wts @ $6/wt. They just wait for a good opportunity to exercise them.
- ES has ~10% and over 10M cheap wts. So there would be no need to get the 4M shares from ARV at some inflated price.
It sounds like Newmont is interested in getting back in. Did someone say that their geos are visiting Purdy's and CW on a weekly basis?

I'm not close to my files so I don't have the numbers but if  KL or ES bought them I think this could possibly put them right at the ownership limits or possibly over. Anyone have access to that information that could gives us a clue. And then there is the question, will DL sell it to his Shiek and his friends. Moriarty said he was going to write a book on the history of the Pilbara Gold Rush, well all I can say is hang on Bob here comes another chapter.
