As for the financials - not bad becauseThis stock is trading at 1/10th of book value and has a positive cash flow and no significant debt repayments till 2020.  Compare the current NG price while subject to insufficient pipe with prices in Asia - now imagine a path to market in the next two years - suddenly you see the possibilities that I see. 

Enter Shell, a big LNG Canada proponent; who are flush with cash from their Canadian Natural disposition - add in an NDP government or Liberal who both like LNG and it all looks reasonable to me.
