RE:Read the md&a on sedarThey do plan on selling them but they first need the upgrade which minimizes oxygen requirements and makes them easier and cheaper to install. They don't want to be left with the 100+ inventory overhang and with the duo 510K pending they don't want to lose their relationship with TSO3 either. Even though TSO3 would be required to buy all of them back at cost.
TSO3 direct sales aside, no doubt they are looking for lower take or pay minimums commencing no sooner than 2019, and a poor H1 helps their negotiating position especially since TOS itself will have difficulty placing units until H2.
